• Details of your digital distribution platform account for our games

• Usage data relating to when and how you use our services, including but not limited to measurement data, traffic data, and your geographic location information. These are technical data that do not contain personal data about our users, actions, and behavior.

• Details of your use of our services and social media services (if you link our services to a social media service account or interact with our profiles on social media). This may include certain information obtained from Facebook or other social media in compliance with their terms and conditions, as necessary to provide you with all the functions of OASIS OF UNIVERSE games and services (including access to your friends list and non-personal aggregate analysis data about our users); and

• All other data you provide to us through our services.

 

4.2. If you use our forums, we may process automatically generated data about your activity on the forum, including your last activity date, subscribed streams, favorite posts, achievements, redpoints (forum points), private messages, and posts.

 

Additionally, we may collect optional additional data through the forum, such as communication data (instant messaging identifiers), website address, biography, location, interests, occupation, avatar, and preferred language.

 

4.4. If you contact our technical support team (directly or by using crash reporting functions in our games and services), we may process additional data necessary to assist you with any issues or support inquiries (such as data collected in crash logs by your device or technical parameters of the device you use to interact with OASIS OF UNIVERSE services).

 

4.5. In addition to contests organized by OASIS OF UNIVERSE, we may process your mailing address, phone number, social network identifiers, picture, and bank account number.

 

4.6. Moreover, if you agree, we may collect certain non-personal data about you (comprehensive statistical information on the use of our games and services, information on the device you use to connect to our games and services) to better understand how our games and services are used and to improve them based on the collected information.

 

4.7. In order for you to play our games and use our services, we need to process the data provided above (excluding the data in paragraph 4.6). You may not be able to play our games, participate in events and contests, or use other services without providing us with the aforementioned data.

WHERE DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU FROM?

a. If you have provided your data to us through OASIS OF UNIVERSE services;

b. If you have contacted us;

c. If you report an issue with OASIS OF UNIVERSE services;

d. If you share your data with us to participate in e-sports competitions;

e. We may also ask you to fill out surveys for research purposes. However, it is not mandatory to respond to the surveys. We may collect this data through OASIS OF UNIVERSE services or Trusted Partners who cooperate with us in conducting surveys, polls, etc.

 

5.2. We may collect information about you indirectly (automatically as a result of your activity or from third parties) in the following circumstances:

a. Data automatically collected as a result of your activity as a user of our services (including your IP address, location, purchases, in-game virtual goods account, and currencies);

b. Data we receive about you as a result of your participation in e-sports competitions.

 

5.3. Brief description regarding payment information (when you make a payment): We will not collect or store any of your payment information; this information is processed entirely by the relevant payment service provider. If you make a purchase in OASIS OF UNIVERSE services, the payment processor informs us when your transaction is completed and ensures that the product you purchased reaches you. However, we do not collect any of your actual payment information. We only keep data related to transaction dates, currencies, transaction value, and subject.

 

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

 

6.1. We process your data in order to provide you with the OASIS OF UNIVERSE services you use and to fulfill any obligations between you and us arising from any contract, including but not limited to:

a. providing you with the products or services you request from us;

b. enabling you to participate in the interactive features of the OASIS OF UNIVERSE services;

c. conducting contests organized by OASIS OF UNIVERSE (including communicating with participants, evaluating applications, distributing prizes, and paying prize taxes);

d. enabling you to participate in e-sports competitions;

f. for accountability purposes defined by the EU regulation (GDPR);

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

7.1. How long do we keep your data? We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer need your personal data, we will delete or anonymize it.

 

7.2. Specific retention periods:

a. We will retain data related to your use of the services (e.g. OASIS OF UNIVERSE forum) for the duration of the contract related to accessing the services. Limited data about you that we have collected will continue to be stored for tax, legal, and accounting purposes for as long as required by applicable law, even after you have stopped using the provided services;

b. We will retain correspondence for the period during which it is necessary to respond to your inquiry and thereafter for the period required for legal or accounting purposes, if you have contacted us and are not using our services;

c. We will keep data processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent. When you withdraw your consent, we will remove your data within one month without any unnecessary delay.

SOCIAL MEDIA - JOINT CONTROLLERSHIP

In this context, we act as joint controllers together with the operator of the respective social network portal. Specific rules for this cooperation are set out in the joint controllership agreement with the relevant operator. Regardless of the scope of these agreements, you may exercise your rights both with us and with the operator of the respective social network portal.

 

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

 

14.1. We may change this privacy policy when necessary to reflect legal reasons or changes in our services. If we make changes, we will make the revised Privacy Policy available online and indicate the date of the last update.
